Administrative Coordinator
1-4 years relevant experience
Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Cloud based technology

JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client is looking for a top tier support person to assist key leaders, including EVP Global sales, SVP Product development and CFO. You will be an integrated member of the team, you will thrive on taking initiative and working independently while managing the environment and office experience of employees and visitors.

Create, plan and execute events and meetings for offsite conferences, executive staff meetings and more.

Self motivated, professional and positive friendly attitude

Excellent communication skills, fun positive work environment.

Fast paced start-up environment experience preferred

Understand and know cutting edge technology needed for events and meetings, video conferencing, webinars, conference calls and overall knowledge to be successful in a cutting edge technology firm.
