Job Description

To support and assist the Chief of Staff in the recruitment, selection and smooth running of the Front Office internship(s) and entry-level and program(s), and all related processes. Depending on the candidate, he or she may also be involved in planning and execution of training programmes for staff.

Due to the small nature of the organization, the role combines hands-on implementation and administrative tasks with high level "conceptual" tasks in the research and design of optimal recruitment and selection strategies as well as, in part, of the programs themselves.
This is a recently created role and the candidate selected will have the opportunity to make a marked impact in the development of graduate recruitment and entry-level programs.
