Job Description


Our client is looking to fill the role of Office Manager Partner – Accounting Advisory Practice. This position can be located in Dallas or Atlanta.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency within the Accounting Advisory team.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to administrative staff.
  • Support client engagements, manage scheduling, and coordinate projects.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Implement and refine office policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relations and office resources.
  • Oversee office technology and communication systems.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance operational strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of office management or operations experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, or advisory services.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
