Our client is looking to fill the role of a mid-to-senior level Commercial Real Estate Attorney on a contract basis. The NY Admitted Attorney will assist in the Commercial Real Estate practice of a midtown firm. This position will start ASAP and will be hybrid with the person ideally comfortable in the office 2 days per week.  The position will run for approximately 3-4 months, working a minimum of 20-30 hours per week with potential for longer hours.

• Pay $150-175/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and managing legal due diligence (including title, survey, environmental, and zoning); non-disclosure agreements and LOI’s, and managing and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Experience.
• New York bar admission is preferred
• Must have significant experience in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.
