Our client, a global leader in entertainment, is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer within Studio Technology & Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment supporting senior leadership within a world-renowned film and entertainment organization. This role requires an experienced corporate Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-volume environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Location: Burbank, CA
- Pay Rate: Up to $35.00/hour
- Duration: Long-term contract with potential for extension or conversion
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP & CTO.
- Manage an extremely complex calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
- Track action items and maintain effective follow-up systems.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, Town Halls, board meetings, and conferences.
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
- Conduct research and manage special projects as assigned.
- Serve as a liaison with executives, business partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Partner closely with other executive assistants and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Expert-level calendar management and executive scheduling experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
- Experience with expense reporting.
- Comfortable working independently while anticipating executive needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entertainment, film studio, media, or production industry experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with physical production workflows or studio operations is a plus.
- Experience with SAP and Workday preferred.
- Previous experience supporting C-level or executive leadership within a matrixed organization.
Additional Details:
- Long-term backfill assignment with the opportunity for extension or permanent conversion.
- Comprehensive training and transition period with the current Executive Assistant.
- Moderate travel coordination (approximately one trip every one to two months).
