We are seeking a talented Freelance Presentation Designer to support the creation of polished, high-impact presentation decks for a mission-driven organization. This is a remote, ongoing, part-time, project-based opportunity for a designer who excels at translating complex research, data, and content into visually compelling presentations. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Google Slides (primary) and Adobe InDesign, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities and revisions can shift quickly. This role requires someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and available during standard East Coast business hours to support a highly responsive workflow. The presentations produced are highly visible and will be viewed by senior leaders, donors, policymakers, and other key stakeholders, making strong visual storytelling and polished execution essential.

• Rate: $50-$60/hr.
• Location: Remote | EST or CST time zone preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design and update visually engaging presentation decks primarily in Google Slides.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign to create charts, graphs, research reports, and supporting documents.
• Transform complex research, data, and content into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Work within existing branded presentation templates and established brand guidelines.
• Update and refine existing presentations while maintaining consistency across materials.
• Design research presentations, playbooks, research reports, and other communications materials.
• Create clean layouts incorporating typography, charts, infographics, and data visualization.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions quickly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Deliver polished, executive-level presentations for high-profile audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional presentation design or graphic design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Google Slides with strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Experience designing executive presentations, research reports, pitch decks, or corporate communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, charts/graphs, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, and information hierarchy.
• Experience designing charts, graphs, and data-driven presentations.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and presentation templates.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and quick turnaround times.
• Flexible, collaborative, and responsive to revisions.
