Our client, a leading pet insurance company based in NYC, is seeking a Senior Creative Operations Manager to step in for a maternity leave coverage. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of creative and product initiatives, requiring someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to operate with speed and professionalism. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate operations across creative, visual design, and UX/UI teams spanning product, brand, and marketing functions. This individual will play a key role in building and refining processes, establishing playbooks and standard operating procedures, and driving efficiency across the development of high-quality digital products and integrated marketing campaigns. A strong operator with proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows will thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Duration: September-December 2026 (maternity leave cover)
  • Location: Hybrid, 3-days/week onsite in Downtown Manhattan
  • Rate: $60-65/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day creative operations across product design, brand, and marketing teams
  • Manage and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between creative, UX/UI, product, and marketing stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Own and manage project budgets, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead resource planning and allocation across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure clear, timely communication across teams, maintaining alignment on priorities and deliverables
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively implement process improvements
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and digital product launches
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related roles
  • Proven experience managing operations across product design and marketing lifecycles
  • Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Wrike, Asana, Jira or similar)
  • Familiarity with digital design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Prior experience in an agency or high-growth, cross-functional environment preferred
