Our client, an East Coast-based Market Research firm, is seeking a temp-to-perm Sr. Quantitative Market Research Strategist and Director, Quantitative Market Research with deep expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical research to lead the design, execution, analysis, and delivery of high-impact quantitative studies. These roles will drive projects end-to-end—from initial scoping through final reporting—ensuring methodological rigor, data integrity, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with complex healthcare stakeholders, including HCPs, patients, and payers, and is skilled at translating data into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decision-making. These individuals will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, serving as a trusted partner in delivering insights that shape brand, commercial, and clinical strategies.
  • This is a remote temp-to-perm position requiring EST hours.
  • Pay Rate: $45-80/hour (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of quantitative market research projects from project initiation through final reporting
  • Design research methodologies aligned to business objectives, including study design, sampling approach, and analytical framework
  • Develop and refine questionnaires, screeners, and other research instruments to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with study goals
  • Oversee survey programming, testing, and fieldwork to ensure data quality and adherence to timelines
  • Define and manage sampling plans and quota structures to ensure representative and reliable data collection
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks to identify inconsistencies, outliers, and potential biases
  • Lead analysis planning, including selection of appropriate statistical techniques and modeling approaches
  • Interpret data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights tailored to client needs
  • Develop compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights through storytelling and visualization
  • Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations grounded in data
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay current on healthcare and pharma industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantitative research
Required Qualifications:
  • 6–15+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with a strong focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
  • Proven experience leading quantitative research projects from design through delivery
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies, sampling techniques, and statistical analysis
  • Strong experience designing questionnaires and survey instruments for HCP, patient, and payer audiences
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, or similar platforms
  • Experience with survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA, adverse event reporting)
