We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join the creative team of a leading performance footwear and wellness brand based in Boston. This freelance opportunity is ideal for a designer who is passionate about building strong brands, creating compelling digital experiences, and bringing a refined visual point of view to a fast-moving creative environment. Reporting to the Director of Art & Design, you will help evolve the brand’s visual identity across key touchpoints, with a focus on digital campaigns, e-commerce, email marketing, and other brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to develop thoughtful, high-quality design solutions that connect with consumers.

  • Rate: $50-$55/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visually compelling creative across digital channels, including email marketing, e-commerce, social, and other brand touchpoints

  • Partner with creative leadership to evolve and maintain brand identity systems and visual standards

  • Translate concepts into polished, production-ready designs with strong attention to typography, composition, imagery, and brand consistency

  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide thoughtful feedback to ensure creative excellence

  • Manage multiple projects and quick-turnaround requests while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail

  • Contribute to broader 360-degree brand initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual design roles

  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional branding, visual storytelling, and design execution

  • Experience working with consumer brands, footwear, sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of digital design and creating assets for consumer-facing experiences

  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and collaborate effectively with creative teams

  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, imagery, and visual systems

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools

  • Familiarity with Frame.io is a plus

  • Basic understanding of CRM/email marketing workflows is helpful
