Our client, a luxury retail company, is looking for a Billing & Inventory Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, possess strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:
- Contract Role: 4-6 months
- Pay: $32-36/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
- Schedule: Hybrid standard 40-hour work week, Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote
Responsibilities:
- Handle all billing and inventory reconciliations while partnering with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues
- Review product transactions, coding, and pricing for accuracy to prevent billing issues
- Prepare and analyze monthly closing and audit schedules
- Propose adjustments and corrections to inventory entries
- Participate in inventory counts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related business concentration
- 2-3 years of related professional experience
- Prior experience working in the retail, fashion, or spirit industry is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- ERP system experience required, SAP preferred
