Our client, a telecommunications company, is looking for a UX Designer to join the Digital Experience team, helping shape intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences across the Sales & Service ecosystem. This designer will focus on planned quarterly initiatives that improve how prospective and existing customers discover, purchase, manage, and receive support for the brand's products and services. Working closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Engineers, and other designers, you'll transform customer insights into thoughtful end-to-end experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve key business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving challenging UX problems and designing experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile touchpoints supporting Sales & Service experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Content Design, and Analytics teams to deliver quarterly roadmap initiatives.
- Translate business requirements, research findings, and customer insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX solutions.
- Create intuitive information architecture, navigation models, interaction patterns, and task flows that reduce customer friction.
- Participate in discovery workshops, design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Iterate designs based on usability testing, customer feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate within their Design System to ensure scalable, accessible, and consistent experiences across digital platforms.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Present design rationale and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience designing digital product experiences for consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, customer journey mapping, interaction design, and problem-solving—not just polished UI.
- Experience designing for Sales, eCommerce, account management, subscription services, or customer support experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions using customer insights and data.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing within enterprise design systems.
- Telecommunications, subscription, retail, fintech, or eCommerce experience.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics.
- Experience supporting both acquisition (sales) and existing customer service journeys.
