- Develop a deep understanding of the pediatric, adult neuro, and VA healthcare markets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical discussions.
- Build clinical demand while translating product value into commercial opportunities.
- Generate and develop a qualified pipeline of prospective customers.
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Establish reference sites for product demonstrations, including VA and pediatric facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the parent company to support market development initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and long-term growth.
- Track market insights, pipeline activity, and performance through structured reporting.

- Strong commercial mindset with experience in complex medical device or medtech sales, including capital equipment.
- Experience working within the U.S. healthcare system, including clinics, rehabilitation centers, VA facilities, or similar environments.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, market-building environment.
- Ability to bridge clinical expertise with commercial strategy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage pipeline development and reporting.
- Self-starter who thrives independently and takes initiative.
What Success Looks Like:
