Our client, a full-service hotel near LaGuardia Airport, is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their culinary team. This is a great opportunity for cooks looking to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Pay: $21/hr
• Schedule: 4PM-12:30AM

• Prepare proteins, sauces, soups, and additional menu components for service
• Assist with station setup, prep work, and line execution
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team during high-volume service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with Department of Health standards
• Support general kitchen production and employee cafeteria needs
• Ensure consistency, quality, and proper food handling procedures

Requried Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or hospitality environments
• Experience with both hot and cold food preparation
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the team
• Basic English communication skills are acceptable
