We are seeking an interim Head of Compensation and Benefits - possibly with potential to convert to perm.  This is a fully remote opportunity but the successful candidate must be east coast time zone, have experience with comp and ben in European environments, worked in the Tech sector and taken a company to IPO. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fairly lean, but great team in an exciting sector. 

•  $120/hr low and $160/hr

Responsibilities:

• Owning the Global Total Rewards programs
• Ensuring programs are designed to retain the company's competitive position and maximize employee retention and engagement
• Advising and influencing leadership on compensation strategy and issues including equity practices
• Leading the framework that supports the annual compensation cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications::

• 8+ years' relevant experience in compensation, equity programs and benefits planning
• Experience effectively scaling a rewards function to support a company's growth and goals
• Experience with total rewards practice and programs in UK/Europe as well as the US
• Experience supporting a company through an IPO
• Experience in the Technology sector. Fin Tech especially would be an advantage.
