We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Global Social Media, PR & Influencer, to lead integrated communication strategies across social media, public relations, and influencer marketing channels. This role will drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance through impactful campaigns, creator partnerships, and earned media initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with strong relationship management skills and experience executing marketing programs for consumer-facing brands in a fast-paced environment. 

• Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid onsite Tue-Thurs)
• Duration: 5-month contract
• Pay Rate: $39.35/hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Execute global social media, public relations, and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, key brand moments, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage influencer partnerships, campaign execution, content approvals, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for agency, franchise, and external partner relationships.
• Identify and leverage social, cultural, consumer, and industry trends to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising, and Regional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across social, PR, and influencer channels.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze KPIs, provide actionable insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related Marketing disciplines.
• Experience managing integrated social, PR, and influencer campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
