We are working with a company in the web3 space and looking for a Senior Comp Analyst for a 5-6 month contract assignment. Please note the requirements before applying.

• This is a fully remote role but must be EST based.
• Pay rate depending on experience: 45-60/hr

Responsibilities:

• support the design, implementation and management of global Total Reward programs
• conduct global compensation analyses
• ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all regions
• serve as an SME to the People Team on compensation and benefits related matters.

Required Qualifications:

• minimum of 4 years' progressive experience  in compensation & benefits
• experience working in a high-growth technology company
• hands on benefits experience for both US and UK/Europe
• global compensation experience.
