  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring clear objectives, ownership, timelines, and success measures
  • Evaluate and size new market opportunities, business opportunities, and strategic investments to inform leadership decision-making
  • Support M&A integration initiatives, coordinating workstreams, stakeholders, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
  • Identify and develop large-scale opportunities to reduce operational spend, improve performance, and increase organizational efficiency

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and executive updates to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain momentum
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, business conditions, organizational priorities, and internal processes and practices that may impact individual projects or the broader program portfolio
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and functional partners to understand priorities, anticipate challenges, and drive effective execution
  • Translate complex business challenges and strategic objectives into actionable plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with broader corporate strategy and adjust priorities, resources, and timelines as business needs evolve
