We're looking for an Influencer / Creator Marketing Coordinator to support the VP and Sr. Manager of Global Creator Marketing on creator partnerships for a medical aesthetics client, plus additional agency accounts in fashion retail and luxury hospitality.

• NYC local - hybrid
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• 6 months
• $30-35 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Support creator research, sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day communications
• Manage campaign trackers, timelines, briefing docs, and contracting/admin coordination
• Own creator content coordination through regulatory (PRC) review — submission prep, feedback tracking, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery
• Monitor posting status and usage rights, and maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation
• Support creator invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting inputs
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Social, Media, Creative, and Account teams

Required Qualifications:

• Ideally experience in medical aesthetics or beauty
• Background working in heavily regulated marketing environments, with experience navigating legal/medical/regulatory review processes
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active partnerships at once
• Must be based in New York
