We are partnering with a leading global retail and consumer brand in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Specialist to support its international store operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong customer-service mindset. The position offers the opportunity to work across global communications, training content, logistics, and operational initiatives that support hundreds of retail locations worldwide.

  • Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid) 
  • Duration: 4-month contract
  • Pay Rate: $22.85/hour
  • Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Global Communications & Content Management

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of store operations communications for international markets.
  • Upload, organize, publish, and maintain content within digital communications and learning platforms.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, current, and delivered on schedule.

Localization & Translation Management

  • Partner with external translation vendors to coordinate multilingual content across global markets.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and quality control for translated materials.
  • Support localization efforts across multiple languages while maintaining content accuracy and consistency.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Administer and maintain learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
  • Upload training materials, videos, and resources.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support user access requests.
  • Ensure content is properly organized, maintained, and accessible.

Logistics & Operational Support

  • Coordinate print production, shipping, and distribution of materials to international retail locations.
  • Track shipments and work directly with carriers such as FedEx and DHL to resolve delivery issues.
  • Support partner conferences, events, contests, and incentive programs by coordinating materials, shipping, and logistics.
  • Manage purchase orders and vendor communications related to operational initiatives.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage multiple deadlines and recurring deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor reporting, communications, and administrative processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Independently identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a Learning Management System (LMS), content management system, or digital learning platform.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience

  • Translation, localization, or multilingual content coordination.
  • Retail, store operations, franchise operations, training, or communications experience.
  • Print production, shipping, logistics, or vendor management experience.
  • Recent graduates with relevant internship or professional experience may be considered.

Physical Requirements

  • Spend up to 2-3 days per week supporting warehouse, mail center, and print center activities.
  • Assist with packing and preparing shipments for hundreds of retail locations.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Use hand carts or trolleys to transport materials as needed.
  • Ensure shipments are packaged accurately and delivered on schedule.
