play a critical role in translating business and client needs into solutions that help modernize federal lending, grants, and financial programs. Depending on your experience, you may support requirements gathering and documentation, facilitate client discussions, analyze complex business processes, help shape product workflows, or lead requirements and solution design across major implementations.
Required Experience:
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, product delivery, implementation, or related discipline
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with clients, product teams, engineers, QA, and/or delivery teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage changing priorities
- Experience with financial services, lending, fintech, government programs, or complex technology implementations is a plus
