A leading fashion and retail organization is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This contract opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the full interview scheduling and recruiting process, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience from interview coordination through onboarding.

  • Hourly pay rate up to $28.50 based on experience

  • Location: Columbus, OH- must be able to commute to Columbus office 2 days per month

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid, approximately 2 days onsite per month, with occasional additional onsite attendance for team events.  6 month contract with potential for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners

  • Manage complex interview calendars and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders

  • Create and distribute interview schedules, agendas, and candidate materials

  • Communicate interview logistics and preparation details to candidates and hiring teams

  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodations when required, and support the travel reimbursement process

  • Prepare and extend offer documentation in a timely manner

  • Provide onboarding and new hire information to HR partners

  • Partner with internal mobility and relocation teams to initiate candidate relocation requests

  • Generate and distribute recruiting reports to key stakeholders

  • Support recruiting projects, research initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of corporate or professional office experience

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

  • Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience supporting recruiting, HR, coordination, or administrative functions is preferred
