Solomon Page is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Integration. This leadership role will drive talent acquisition transformation across a growing portfolio of businesses, including the integration of newly acquired organizations into a centralized recruiting model.Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, this individual will develop scalable recruiting strategies, build and lead high-performing teams, standardize processes and technology, and partner with senior leaders to support growth and long-term workforce planning.
Compensation: $175,000–$190,000 base salary, plus bonus
Location: Remote with some travel required
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition integration strategies for newly acquired businesses.
Assess existing recruiting teams, processes, technologies, and capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design centralized, scalable recruiting models that support multiple business units and workforce populations.
Establish enterprise-wide recruiting standards, workflows, governance practices, metrics, and service-level expectations.
Build, develop, and lead high-performing talent acquisition teams.
Create recruiting capacity plans aligned with workforce demands and business growth.
Partner with executive leadership, HR, Operations, Sales, Corporate Functions, and field leaders to understand hiring priorities.
Translate complex workforce needs into practical and scalable recruiting solutions.
Lead change-management efforts related to organizational, process, and technology transitions.
Optimize ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting technologies.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure recruiting performance and forecast talent needs.
Drive innovative sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate-engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Eight or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least five years leading recruiting teams and programs.
Experience supporting multi-site, field-based, operational, skilled-trades, sales, manufacturing, distribution, construction, or similarly complex workforce environments.
Demonstrated success leading recruiting transformations, centralization initiatives, or operating-model redesigns.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integrations, or significant business changes is strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, recruiting operations, and process improvement.
Experience building scalable recruiting programs across geographically dispersed organizations.
Advanced knowledge of ATS platforms, CRM systems, recruiting technology, analytics, and reporting.
Strong project-management and change-management capabilities.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and create alignment across different business units.
Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
