We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement and sourcing projects with a primary focus on Technology and COE categories.
- Pay Rate Range - $90-95/HR ON W2
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through contract execution.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive cost savings, supplier optimization, and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze data to deliver insights and support informed business decisions.
- Manage supplier risk, compliance, and governance initiatives.
- Champion innovation by leveraging technology and AI to improve procurement processes.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, category management, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
