Our client, a privately held investment firm, is seeking an organized and highly polished Investor Relations Associate to join their team.  This person will work closely with senior professionals, investors, prospective investors, and internal teams.  The Investor Analyst will serve as a key resource for meeting preparation, communications, materials, and day-to-day coordination.

  • Salary: $100-120k + B
Responsibilities:
  • Keep investor and prospect information accurate and up to date in the CRM.
  • Research potential investors and maintain outreach lists.
  • Prepare emails, follow-ups, and other communications for senior team members.
  • Update and customize investor presentations and marketing materials as needed.
  • Coordinate calendars and meetings with investors and other external contacts.
  • Arrange travel, meeting locations, conference participation, and other event logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and briefing documents.
  • Coordinate follow-up after investor meetings and track outstanding items.
  • Work with outside vendors and partners to support meetings and events.
  • Gather information from internal teams to help respond to investor questions and due diligence requests.
  • Assist with regular investor reporting and related communications.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Investor Relations team.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while anticipating potential scheduling or logistical issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in finance, investor relations, real estate, asset management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred.
