We’re recruiting a Senior Manager, Finance & Corporate Strategy for a fast-growing company in Dallas seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous finance leader who can turn complex business questions into clear, executive-level recommendations.

• ???????Salary: $155k-$190k + bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic and financial analyses, translating complex or ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable, board-ready recommendations.

• Evaluate key business decisions such as pricing, market expansion, operating models, and other strategic initiatives to help leadership understand financial trade-offs.

• Own analytical sections of Board and investor materials, delivering concise, high-quality insights with minimal rework required from the CFO.

• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, with the ability to communicate effectively with CEO-, CFO-, and Board-level audiences.

• Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to gather data, business context, and operational insights needed to support strategic analyses.

• Synthesize inputs from multiple functions and stakeholders into a cohesive strategic narrative for senior leadership and Board audiences.

• Leverage advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to improve the speed and quality of strategic and financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.

• Experience working directly with senior executives and/or Board-level stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to quickly structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable analysis.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to and responding to questions from C-suite and Board audiences.

• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude or similar technologies to improve analytical and operational workflows is a plus.
