Our client is looking to fill the role of Senior Compensation Analyst. The Senior Compensation Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and delivery of compensation programs across the segment. The role is responsible for conducting market pricing, analysing compensation data including market competitiveness and internal pay equity review, supporting the salary and bonus planning processes. This position partners with the wider People and Finance teams as well as third party vendors and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions are data-driven and in line with local policies.

• Compensation: $45-55 per hour

• Compliance & Governance 

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of compensation related experience.
• Experience working with compensation surveys and market data preferred.
• Experience within Real Estate Investment, Investment Banking, Private Equity or other Financial Services firms.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple datasets/approaches with high attention to detail.
