Solomon Page is partnering with a leading specialty retail and apparel brand to hire an Associate Production Planner to join it's team in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports end-to-end order management, production tracking, delivery management, and reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore partners to ensure on-time execution and order accuracy. The Associate Production Planner is responsible for managing purchase orders, production milestones, delivery tracking, and reporting across multiple product categories and channels. This role serves as a key liaison between internal partners and external vendors to support production timelines, resolve issues, and maintain accurate order management in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

• Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

• Duration: 3-month contract

• Pay Rate: $33.79/hour

• Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders, amendments, and on-order reporting

• Track production milestones, delivery dates, and order status

• Coordinate with offshore partners on system updates and issue resolution

• Support production planning activities, order schedules, and tracking tools

• Monitor commitments, capacity, and production timelines

• Manage liabilities, cancellations, and dispute resolution processes

• Communicate production updates and resolve issues with cross-functional partners

• Maintain reporting related to deliveries, liabilities, and production performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; internship experience in a corporate environment preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced proficiency in Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Adaptable and comfortable navigating change and evolving business needs
