Our client is seeking a Royalty Report Processing Specialist who will heavily utilize Flowhaven in report processing. This position will partner closely with Account Managers, Finance, Accounts Receivable, FIS, and external licensees to ensure contract data integrity, reporting compliance, timely royalty submissions, and actionable business insights. The role is designed to support the organization's broader objective of driving accurate royalty reporting, reliable analytics, and increased partner adoption of Flowhaven.
Long-term contracted assignment
Monday-Thursday onsite in NYC, Friday remote
Pay Rate $35.50/hour
Responsibilities:
Royalty Report Processing & Compliance
Oversee the end-to-end royalty reporting process for domestic licensees.
Coordinate royalty report submission, validation, review, and exception management.
Monitor reporting deadlines and contractual compliance requirements.
Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with licensees and account teams.
Partner with Account Managers to resolve reporting and agreement setup issues affecting royalty processing.
Ensure royalty reports are complete, accurate, and available for downstream accounting and analytics purposes.
Contract Administration & Ingestion Oversight
Monitor executed contract ingestion into Flowhaven.
Establish and maintain controls to track contract setup status and data completeness.
Review contract configurations for reporting and billing readiness.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incomplete or delayed contract setups.
Ensure contract terms are accurately reflected within system workflows and reporting structures.
Billing & Invoice Administration
Generate and manage contracted invoices, including:
Minimum Guarantee invoices
Annual fees
Contractual license fees
Other agreement-related billings
Coordinate invoice processing and cash application with Finance and Accounts Receivable.
Support collection and reconciliation efforts through accurate contract and royalty data management.
Assist with issue resolution related to invoice calculations and reporting impacts.
Flowhaven System Administration
Manage user access, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding for internal users and external licensees.
Coordinate with the FIS team regarding access management, integrations, and technical support.
Identify, document, escalate, and track system issues through resolution.
Account Team & Licensee Support
Serve as the primary support resource for US-based account teams.
Provide guidance on royalty reporting requirements, contract setup standards, and Flowhaven functionality.
Conduct licensee outreach regarding reporting issues and compliance matters.
Required Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in royalty accounting, contract administration, licensing operations, business systems administration, or related functions.
Strong understanding of royalty calculations, minimum guarantees, licensing agreements, and compliance requirements.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience working with enterprise business systems and reporting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience with Flowhaven, RightsLogic, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar licensing and reporting platforms.
Experience supporting consumer products, licensing, media, sports, entertainment, or retail businesses.
Knowledge of royalty reporting workflows and contract lifecycle management.
