We've been retained by our client, a high-growth company, to find a hands-on Finance Manager to serve as the financial partner to engineering and senior leadership. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and capital planning, and build many of these capabilities from the ground up.

• Location: Playa Vista, CA – onsite

• Compensation: $160K–$210K base plus equity

What you'll do:

• Act as the finance lead and strategic partner to engineers and executives

• Build and own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning as the company scales

• Manage financial models for P&L, headcount, operating expenses, and long-range planning

• Lead capital planning and evaluate major investments

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, and build business cases that guide leadership trade-offs

• Partner cross-functionally to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance

• Improve finance systems and processes with a focus on automation and accuracy

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field

• 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or business finance experience

• Strong financial modeling skills and ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis

• Early-stage, fast-growth company experience; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

• Capital planning or investment evaluation experience (strongly preferred)

• Advanced Excel plus experience with planning, ERP, or BI tools

• Experience introducing automation, AI, or modern data tooling into finance workflows
