We're partnering with a leading organization seeking an experienced Manager, HRIS to oversee HR technology operations, data governance, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across North America. This is an exciting opportunity for an HRIS leader who enjoys optimizing systems, improving data integrity, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

  • Salary Range: $131K–$160K/YR plus bonus potential!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day HRIS operations across platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and UKG / UltiPro
  • Drive HR data governance, security, compliance, and system integrity
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance business processes and system capabilities
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic business decisions
  • Analyze workforce data, HR metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Lead vendor integrations and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Mentor and develop team members while helping build a high-performing HR technology function

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HRIS administration and configuration experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with UKG / UltiPro and payroll systems
  • Experience supporting workforce management platforms such as Dayforce
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, reporting, system integrations, and governance
  • Experience working in complex, highly matrixed organizations
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging HR data to drive business outcomes
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and/or R is highly desired
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
