Are you passionate about building scalable data solutions and transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights? We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to help drive data modeling, pipeline development, and analytics initiatives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate Range: $65–$70/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics-ready data models
• Develop high-performance SQL transformations and ensure data quality across critical datasets
• Work with tools like dbt, Airflow, Python, and SQL to support reporting, automation, and decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems and deliver data-driven solutions
• Leverage modern AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining strong governance and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical roles
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar tools
• Strong Python skills for automation, analytics, and pipeline development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive projects with ambiguity and ownership

Nce to Have:

• Experience with AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Sanctions, or Compliance Analytics
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data warehouse/lakehouse architectures
• Dashboard development using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, data observability, and analytics engineering best practices
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain analytics, and financial data
