Our client, a small and well-established financial services firm in Coconut Creek, FL, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their close-knit team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking for a role that offers exposure beyond traditional accounts receivable responsibilities. The position will be a blend of traditional AR duties and client support, making it a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and clients. The role will involve a semi-high volume of transactions and requires someone who can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

  • Location: Coconut Creek, FL

  • Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week Onsite

  • Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 + Benefits

  • Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including processing and applying payments, maintaining account records, and reconciling transactions

  • Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections and account follow-up as needed

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account-related issues

  • Support clients with questions regarding transactions, payments, and account activity

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records

  • Assist with transaction processing and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed

  • Help ensure AR processes are completed accurately and efficiently in a semi-high-volume environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting, transaction processing, or a related financial environment is ideal

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working with a steady volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional and comfortable interacting directly with clients

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, close-knit team

  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
