Are you an HRIS professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment? We're seeking an HR Data Management Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation as the organization transitions to Oracle Fusion.

• Pay Rate Range - $40-44/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Partner with global HR teams to maintain data integrity
• Troubleshoot HR system issues
• Manage employee record
• Support key workforce initiatives.
• You'll work closely with HR Operations and Data Management teams while gaining exposure to large-scale HR technology projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with HRIS systems required
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes
• Knowledge of international HR compliance and governance preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Oracle Fusion is a plus
