We are looking for a Manager – Agile Program Management to lead Agile project management and digital transformation initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to scale Agile practices, optimize delivery processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Pay range :$50/hr on w2 to $54/hr on w2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile project and program management efforts, ensuring alignment with business  objectives and delivery expectations.

  • Implement and scale Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.

  • Partner with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize backlogs.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery challenges.

  • Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics, KPIs, and feedback loops.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure project performance, delivery effectiveness, and Agile maturity.

  • Coach and mentor Agile teams to promote high-performing and collaborative ways of working.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Agile transformation strategies with organizational goals.

  • Ensure transparency, communication, governance, and effective stakeholder engagement across programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile project management, Agile coaching, program management, or Agile transformation.

  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile frameworks.

  • Proven experience managing complex digital transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills.

  • Experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams to improve delivery efficiency and maturity.

  • Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and DevOps practices.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.

  • Knowledge of Agile budgeting, governance, and portfolio management is a plus.

  • Consulting or client-facing experience and enterprise-wide Agile transformation experience are highly valued.

  • Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC are a plus.
