We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in Orlando, FL to support Food & Beverage and Supply Chain technology platforms. This role will partner closely with business, operations, engineering, UX, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, requirements, launches, and continuous improvement.

  • Pay range :$80/hr on w2 to $86/hr on w2

Responsibilities:

  • Support product vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.

  • Lead implementation of roadmap initiatives for the Food & Beverage line of business.

  • Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.

  • Collaborate with business, operations, finance, engineering, UX, QE, and release teams.

  • Support new feature launches, training, business readiness, and product adoption.

  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, metrics, and industry trends to identify improvements.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for technology platforms, processes, and configurations.

  • Provide product leadership across multiple teams while supporting on-time and on-budget delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/technology roles within the supply chain industry.

  • At least 2 years of experience working on technology initiatives and strategy.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and the complete product lifecycle.

  • Experience solving technical, business, and user challenges in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements and deliverable increments.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams across multiple time zones.

  • Ability to use data, metrics, and stakeholder feedback to support product decisions and business cases.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Food & Beverage Supply Chain ERPs such as Crunchtime, Symphony Retail AI, or CBORD.

  • Experience with AI/ML-based demand and supply forecasting, such as Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment.

  • Experience implementing Supply Chain Services or Integration Platforms.

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for product artifacts, prototyping, and product evaluation.
