We are partnered with a growing aerospace start-up that is seeking an AP Manager.

• The position is on-site in Playa Vista.
• Comp: 100-125k + equity

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle AP and AR including billing, collections, and vendor/customer communication
• Manage vendor onboarding, payment terms, W-9 documentation, and customer invoicing workflows
• Monitor AP/AR aging, cash disbursements, and collections to ensure timely processing and strong cash flow
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing, PO, and payment discrepancies
• Support month-end close including reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and segregation of duties in support of annual audit
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Help train and develop future AP/AR Analysts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of AP and/or AR experience with full-cycle ownership in a high-volume environment
• Strong process improvement mindset with experience scaling accounting operations
• Experience with modern accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
