Our healthcare client in Atlanta is seeking a Freelance Web Developer. The role will focus primarily on developing HTML5 banners, with additional responsibility for coding and supporting HTML emails. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on developer who enjoys working closely with creative and marketing teams and is comfortable turning designs into polished, production-ready digital assets.

• This is a temporary contract role.
• Pay Rate: $60.00/hour
• Primary Focus: HTML5 Banner Development
• Secondary Focus: HTML Email Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop and code HTML5 banners for digital marketing and advertising campaigns
• Code and support HTML email campaigns, ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devices
• Translate creative designs and specifications into accurate, functional HTML/CSS
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and other stakeholders throughout the production process
• Test and QA banners and emails across browsers, devices and platforms
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and implement revisions quickly and accurately
• Ensure deliverables meet technical, creative, accessibility and production requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience developing HTML5 banners; this is the primary focus of the role
• Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with responsive web development and digital advertising formats
• Experience coding HTML emails and understanding the technical limitations of email clients
• Ability to work from creative files and specifications and accurately translate designs into code
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Digital advertising, banner production and QA experience is a plus
• Agency experience is a big plus, but not required

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on Web Developer who understands digital marketing production and can work effectively with creative and marketing teams. Someone with strong HTML banner development experience who can also contribute to email development will be especially well suited for this opportunity.
