Solomon Page, on behalf of a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Conflicts Attorney for a long-term temporary/contract assignment, with the potential for an extended engagement.

• Start Date: Week of October 5th 
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Long-term temporary / contract
• Rate: $50-70/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflicts of interest searches for new clients, matters, and lateral hires. 
• Perform detailed research using internal databases, internet resources, and other tools to analyze corporate structures, affiliations, and business histories of potential clients and adversaries.
• Perform updates to templates in intake software, and conducting routine quality checks of client and matter data.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience conducting conflicts searches and analysis. 
• Experience with legal databases that are used in conflicts checks
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to details
• Actively licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
