In this role, you'll be a trusted technology partner, helping resolve hardware, software, and application issues while ensuring a seamless end-user experience.

• Pay Rate Range - $28-30/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and application issues

• Provide timely support to onsite and remote employees

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through every interaction

• Escalate and track complex issues through resolution

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support business productivity

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to support end users both onsite and remotely

• A proactive, team-oriented approach to technology support
