Our client, a marketing firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support its contracts and legal operations team on a temporary assignment with potential to convert to a permanent position. The role will focus on reviewing, organizing, processing, and entering a backlog of contracts into internal systems while ensuring that contractual information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained. This role will be fully remote while working within the Midwest time zone.

- Pay Rate $40/hour
Responsibilities:
- Review and process a backlog of contracts, agreements, and related legal documentation to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly categorized.
- Analyze contracts and identify key terms, provisions, dates, parties, obligations, and other relevant information for entry into internal contract management systems.
- Draft, review, and redline various commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, and other contractual documents.
- Enter and maintain contract information within internal systems and databases, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Organize and maintain electronic contract files and supporting documentation according to established processes and confidentiality requirements.
- Track contract timelines, deadlines, renewals, and other important contractual milestones.
- Assist with contract intake and document management processes, ensuring agreements move efficiently through the appropriate review and approval channels.
- Conduct document and data verification by cross-referencing contract information against source documents.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support legal and business teams with contract research, document retrieval, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive legal, commercial, and client information.
- Work independently to manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate remotely with legal, business, and operational stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience working with contracts, legal documentation, or contract administration.
- Paralegal or legal operations experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with CRM and business management platforms
- Experience with Salesforce or affiliated programs such as Cloud Coach
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and communication skills
