We are seeking  Business Analysts to support business testing and validation for a reporting transformation project, transitioning from Yardi-based reporting to a Snowflake-driven environment. The ideal candidates will have strong SQL, Python, UAT/testing, data validation, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience, with exposure to fund accounting and BI tools.

• Pay range:$60/hr on w2 to $66/hr on w2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute UAT test cases and support end-to-end testing activities.

• Validate and reconcile data across Yardi, Investran, and Snowflake.

• Reverse engineer existing Yardi reports and document report logic and requirements.

• Validate rebuilt reports, KPIs, trial balances, and financial reporting outputs.

• Track, manage, and retest defects while maintaining detailed defect logs.

• Prepare report specifications, validation outputs, and reconciliation reports.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support testing, issue resolution, and final validation sign-offs.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills are mandatory; Snowflake experience is a plus.

• Strong Python skills for data validation and automation.

• Experience with UAT planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or other BI/reporting tools.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of fund accounting, including GL, TB, COA, and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Experience working across business and technology teams is highly preferred.
