Our client, a personal care manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Control Technician (Raw Materials) to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Oxford. The successful candidate will have a college degree with over year experience.

- Pay: $45k-55k
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical, chemical, and organoleptic (sensory) testing, shade evaluations, and sampling of raw materials and finished goods using specialized equipment (such as Karl Fischer, pH meters, and IR) and statistical plans.
- Generate approval/reject tags, record evaluation results and final dispositions in SAP, and coordinate workflow with Bulk Planning, Manufacturing, and Receiving departments.
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate testing instruments while strictly following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety standards.
- Operate within an active manufacturing plant, inspecting materials across labs, manufacturing floors, and storage areas, while working independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- A college degree in a science, technical, or related business discipline or relevant experience.
- Requires 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong organization, communication skills, high attention to detail, and an aptitude for color and sensory (organoleptic) evaluations.
