Our Client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – SAP EWM to serve as the primary liaison between business functional areas and Information Technology. This role will translate business processes and requirements into SAP system functionality, analyze business needs, document requirements, and propose, design, and implement complex solutions. The position will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners while supporting day-to-day SAP EWM operations and participating in projects, enhancements, implementations, and rollouts. The role requires strong analytical, consulting, and SAP EWM expertise, along with the ability to work across functional teams, IT, and external service partners.

• Location: Oxford, NC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Per Week)

• Role Type: Full-time Role

• Salary Range: $96000 - $118000 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert second-line support resource for SAP EWM business processes.

• Provide technical guidance on Warehouse Management processes.

• Conduct detailed impact assessments for proposed changes and recommend cost-effective solutions.

• Lead, evaluate, develop, test, and implement SAP EWM developments and releases.

• Develop project plans, identify risks, and support funding requests for changes requiring additional investment.

• Gather business requirements and design SAP EWM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead SAP EWM implementation and rollout projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.

• Provide ongoing support for implemented EWM functionality.

• Debug functionality and performance issues.

• Define, analyze, develop, implement, and document new systems and customized programs.

• Manage relevant master data objects and cutover approaches.

• Work with external service partners on SAP projects, enhancements, testing, and bug fixes.

• Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Business Process Procedures (BPPs).

• Mentor entry-level IT resources and provide SAP EWM subject matter expertise to business partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience or training may be considered.

• 8+ years of SAP EWM configuration experience.

• Experience as a techno-functional SAP EWM expert.

• 4+ full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations in the EWM area, including requirements, testing, and cutover.

• Strong SAP EWM integration experience with PP, SD, QM, and FI.

• Experience with APIs/BAPIs for integration with external systems.

• Strong SAP system configuration expertise.

• Experience with non-SAP Warehouse Management Systems and PLC/Robot integrations.

• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with SOX audits and/or government-regulated audits.

• Experience with data migration using tools such as LSMW.
