We're seeking a Quality Engineer I to support quality assurance and quality control initiatives across products, raw materials, suppliers, and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate Range - $20-25/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Perform product inspections and quality evaluations

• Collect, analyze, and report quality data and findings

• Investigate product and process deviations

• Support new product launches and production trials

• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues

• Assist with quality control and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Natural Sciences

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities

• Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools

• Ability to travel up to 10-20%

Preferred

• 1-3 years of quality-related experience

• Experience with quality control processes, data analysis, or statistical techniques

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and AQL standards
