Our client, a personal care manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Control Technician (Microbiology) to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Oxford. The successful candidate will have a college degree with over year experience.
- Full-Time Role
- Pay: $45k-55k
Responsibilities:
- Sample, test, and perform final disposition of components and finished goods in compliance with Revlon specifications and statistical plans.
- Conduct microbiological evaluations on raw materials, bulk items, finished products, and the DI Water system while preparing required media.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, including pH meters, balances, incubators, flow hoods, and autoclaves.
- Record test outcomes and final dispositions in SAP and follow standard Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices.
Required Qualifications:
- A college degree in a science, technical, or related business discipline or relevant experience.
- Requires 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong organization, communication skills, high attention to detail, and an aptitude for color and sensory (organoleptic) evaluations.
