We are assisting a national mortgage lender that is looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its Mortgage Servicing organization. You'll work directly with servicing leadership to track performance, sharpen operational efficiency, and turn complex data into clear recommendations that shape business decisions.

• Base salary of $105,000–$130,000 plus bonus depending on experience, skills, and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Own the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plan for the Servicing channel
• Analyze monthly results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, and explain what's driving the variances
• Run the monthly financial review with Servicing leadership, presenting key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build scenario, sensitivity, and capacity models covering volume shifts, regulatory changes, delinquency, rate movements, and portfolio runoff
• Develop financial models to assess the profitability and feasibility of new business initiatives
• Serve as the go-to expert on financial systems, data sources, forecasting methods, and KPIs
• Lead reporting automation and process improvements that increase speed, scale, and accuracy
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close, accruals, expense allocations, and financial statement review
• Put controls and validation checks in place to protect the integrity of servicing and financial reporting
• Drive adoption of new tools and integrations that improve visibility into loan-level economics, cost to service by loan type, and controllable vs. uncontrollable losses
• Deliver ad hoc analysis for senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years in financial services (preferred)
• 1+ years as a Financial Analyst supporting Mortgage Servicing
• Mortgage industry experience (required)
• Project management experience (required)
• Comfort pulling raw data from relational databases such as SQL or Oracle (preferred)
