Solomon Page is partnering with a leading retail and consumer brand to hire a Project Manager, Marketing Operations for a 4-month contract opportunity. This role supports the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns, cross-functional initiatives, and production workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager, Marketing Operations will coordinate marketing projects from kickoff through delivery while supporting production processes that ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time. This person will serve as a key partner across marketing, creative, production, and business teams to manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive project execution.

• Location: Columbus, Ohio (hybrid-onsite 3 days/week)
• Duration: 4-month contract
• Pay Rate: $39.34/hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and action item trackers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements, approvals, and project milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on next steps.
• Identify potential risks, scheduling conflicts, and project roadblocks, escalating when needed.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and workflow processes.
• Support resource planning and workload visibility across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate the production, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage production assets, inventory tracking, and operational workflows.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support production planning and issue resolution.
• Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies across marketing and production functions.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing operations, campaign execution, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a corporate, retail, marketing, consumer products, or agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
