Solomon Page is partnering with a leading global apparel and consumer products company to identify a Temporary Accounts Payable Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and posting of invoices while supporting day-to-day Accounts Payable operations. The ideal candidate has experience with invoice processing, strong attention to detail, and working knowledge of SAP.

• Location: Bridgewater, NJ
• Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday)
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $27.85-$29.21/hour

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices processed by Accounts Payable team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
• Process complex foreign currency and USD invoices within SAP.
• Review and process charitable donation requests and non-PO invoices submitted through SAP Ariba.
• Manage invoice uploads, validating data accuracy and completeness.
• Process fixed asset invoices in accordance with accounting policies and requirements.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor statement issues, and payment inquiries.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address Accounts Payable questions and support urgent payment requests.
• Verify new vendor setup requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate vendor check mailings and monitor the Accounts Payable shared mailbox.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding debit balance items and other account discrepancies.
• Provide general support across Accounts Payable functions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or a related accounting function.
• SAP experience preferred, including invoice processing and uploads.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and purchase order systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
