A non profit is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Brand & Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the development and execution of national partnerships that strengthen brand relevance and increase engagement with current and prospective members. This role will support strategic and content partnerships from initial exploration through activation, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling partnership opportunities and ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic partnership experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote, EST hours
Rate: $45-50hr
Duration: until end of year
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of national strategic, brand, and content partnerships.
Partner with the CMO, Senior Director, and VP to develop partnership narratives, presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials that communicate the brand's strategic brand vision.
Support partnership exploration and pitching efforts, including research, materials development, and coordination with prospective partners.
Coordinate and route NDAs, MOIs, and other materials related to partnership discussions.
Manage partnership timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Coordinate across Marketing, Communications, councils, and other business units to ensure alignment and successful partnership execution.
Track progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, clarify roles and decision points, and manage review and approval processes.
Gather and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners.
Coordinate partnership assets and deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, on-brand, approved, and ready for distribution.
Organize and publish final partnership assets for easy access and adoption.
Support additional high-priority brand and marketing initiatives, including PR/influencer partnerships, special events, and brand activations.
Help document and establish repeatable standards for partnership development and execution.
Identify opportunities to improve partnership intake, evaluation, approvals, and activation processes.
Recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, clarity, and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications:
4–7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, brand partnerships, partnership marketing, or related marketing roles.
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing partnerships from initial exploration and pitching through activation and delivery.
Experience developing partnership presentations, pitch materials, and strategic narratives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with project management platforms; Wrike strongly preferred.
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as SharePoint.
