We are looking for a PR & Marketing Coordinator for a top fashion company in New York, New York! The PR & Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day support across a multi-brand portfolio, serving as a central operational resource for the PR, Marketing, and Influence functions. This role will be responsible for media and influencer support, sample management and trafficking, reporting, event coordination, showroom organization, and administrative execution across brand campaigns, product launches, events, partnerships, and communications initiatives.

  • Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour
  • Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and regularly update media, stylist, celebrity, influencer, content creator, and industry stakeholder lists across all brands
  • Manage all PR, marketing, VIP, and influencer sample and seeding requests from intake through fulfillment, return, and reporting
  • Oversee daily sample trafficking, inventory tracking, shipping, messenger coordination, and return reconciliation across the brand portfolio
  • Maintain accurate sample closet organization, inventory systems, seasonal archives, and product availability reports
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate product pulls, launch seeding, gifting initiatives, campaign support, content creation needs, and event requirements
  • Support influencer seeding programs by coordinating product selection, fulfillment, tracking, and performance recaps
  • Monitor print, digital, social, broadcast, and influencer coverage daily and distribute timely media alerts and internal coverage updates
  • Compile editorial clippings, press reports, competitive audits, share of voice analyses, and monthly coverage recaps
  • Track media impressions, placements, earned media value, social engagement metrics, and influencer deliverables
  • Maintain PR and marketing databases, contact records, coverage archives, and reporting templates
  • Assist in the development and execution of press outreach, product mailers, media pitches, press materials, fact sheets, and briefing documents
  • Support seasonal collection launches, campaign activations, market appointments, press previews, trade events, and special projects
  • Coordinate logistics for gifting programs, brand events, influencer experiences, press appointments, and executive meetings
  • Assist with agenda development, meeting notes, action item tracking, and project management across PR, Marketing, and Influence initiatives
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, shipping expenses, vendor coordination, and departmental administration
  • Manage calendar scheduling and cross-functional coordination on behalf of the SVP as needed
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, editorial opportunities, influencer movements, and cultural moments relevant to brand priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, public relations, marketing, communications, or influencer relations
  • Agency and/or in-house fashion brand experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of fashion media, influencers, VIP relations, and luxury brand communications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines across several brands simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
